Conditions of Purchase

2. In the event that goods are considered to be faulty, please return to Wye Valley Associates Ltd including your name, address, a contact telephone number and a short description of the fault. If we agree that the goods are faulty we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be returned to us, in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase and at your own expense. 3. Cave and mine exploration are potentially hazardous sports. In common with good caving practice, you should NEVER rely on a single light source underground. For your own safety, always ensure that you carry a reliable backup lamp in case of emergency.
   
   
4. Quoted running times of the lamps are indicative only and may vary according to the conditions and environments in which they are used. You should satisfy yourself that running times are sufficient for your needs and regardless of this should always take a backup light source underground with you.
   
   
5. These lamps are offered for sale on the basis that they are for personal use by competent persons only. Before using these lamps - especially underground - you must satisfy yourself that they are suitable for your needs. Wye Valley Associates Ltd cannot and does not accept any responsibility for any incident involving the use or misuse of these lamps howsoever caused.
